I was shocked at the style and "walking performance" of this shoe. I Feel like I paid nothing for them. I loved the soft greens and light tones of green these shoes have. They shipped in acceptable time and I had no problems there. The inside removable soul was cushiony and I put arch supports in with no problems. The soft casual look coordinated with almost everything I put with them. I noticed a breathable fleecing outer material and a stout rubber souls that gave support with some decent shock absorption. These are slip-ons and I would not recommend them for serious training. I use these shoes for style and to walk around town and do errands. I think you could train in them, but they will not last long and the cool green colored pair I chose will scuff and loose their soft casual look in a day of running and or training. I have read the horror stories of the upper lace strap supports tearing on many owners and I have solved this problem with by lightly lacing them because these are slip-on shoes and you have to be gentle with the support and not shred into them like a shoe with a tongue that a mid priced or high priced shoe will tolerate. I am noticing people are not seeing that shoes like this type of slip-on are for style and they seem to forget that they are cheap. I have not seen to many slip-on shoes that are designed to take the torture of real training and long endurance. The shoes is a bit long in the front. These imports all seemed to be more longer in the front. Love the green colors, love the style, adore the price. Now to the next purchase.
